Vancouver's most prestigous waterfront neighbourhood of Coal Harbour has seven condo buildings on Bayshore Drive (built from 1997-2006), of which two sit on the waterfront (1717 and 1777).
Bayshore Drive condo listings have dropped and there's less than one month of inventory, so the market favours sellers. Only five sales under $1M in 2015.and prices are rising.
