Rezoning Application for 2405 Cornwall Avenue, Kitsilano

The City of Vancouver appears to be proceeding with a rezoning application at 2405, 2423 and 2445 Cornwall Avenue. The Point Grey Hospital is a Class B facility and has purchased the properties on either side and has applied to the City to have the two lots rezoned from RM4 to CD1. The proposal is to redevelop the two properties with two 3-storey additions, resulting in 153 beds, a building height of 44.9ft, 29 parking spaces, two passenger pick-up and drop off spaces and two loading spaces.

The Community Open House is scheduled for November 28, 2013 at 5pm at St. Mark's Church, 1805 Larch Street.
