Beware of Electrical Hazards in your Vancouver Home

Here are six warning signs of an electrical hazard:

  1. your power bar is loaded with too many plugins
  2. your extension cord is warm
  3. your electrical appliance is placed near water
  4. exposed live wires are hanging out of the wall
  5. electrical cords have visible burn marks
  6. lighting suddenly dims, buzzes or crackles

If any of the above occur, it's time to call the electrician.
