Beach Crescent Condos

Yaletown's Beach Crescent Condos

Beach Crescent is part of Yaletown, in Downtown Vancouver, and has twelve condo buildings on the waterfront. It is east of Granville Street Bridge, south of Pacific Avenue and west of David Lam Park.

The 12 hirises were built by Concorde Pacific from 2005-2010 and are 11 to 47 storey condo buildings with attached townhomes. The condo building surround George Wayborne Park and have concierges, full amenities which include indoor pools.

The Erickson is the flagship building for this neighbourhood.
